Our Platinum package is backed by a 60-day interview guarantee. Across every tier we offer free rewrites if your documents are not landing interviews. This page explains how that works, when refunds apply, and what happens if you are not satisfied.
Our promise
The Platinum package includes a 60-day interview guarantee. If you do not receive an interview call within 60 days of receiving your completed documents on the Platinum tier, we will rewrite your resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter at no charge. We will keep working with you until the documents are landing interviews.
On Basic, Intermediate, and Premium tiers we do not attach the 60-day window, but we still offer free rewrites if the documents are not performing in the market.
When refunds apply
We offer a full refund if:
→You request a refund within 24 hours of payment, and we have not yet started work on your order
→We are unable to deliver your documents for any reason within our control
Once work has started, we do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we offer rewrites, revisions, and the 60-day guarantee. This is because resume writing is a personalised service and the work cannot be unmade.
Revisions
Every package includes a defined number of revision rounds (2 for Basic and Intermediate, 3 for Premium, 6 for Platinum) within the package's support window. These revisions are free and let you adjust tone, content, and structure until the resume reads exactly right.
If you need additional changes after your included revisions, we charge a small fee per round depending on the scope.
How to claim the 60-day guarantee
The 60-day interview guarantee is included with the Platinum package. If 60 days have passed since you received your final documents and you have not had an interview call, write to rohit@resumeguru.in with:
→The list of roles you have applied to (a screenshot or document is fine)
→Confirmation that you have been applying actively, with at least 30 applications submitted
We will review your applications, identify what is failing, and rewrite the documents at no charge. We will keep refining until the resume is landing interviews.
What is not covered
The 60-day guarantee covers our written documents. It does not cover:
→Interview performance once you are in conversations with an employer
→Final hiring decisions made by employers
→Salary negotiations or offer details
→Issues caused by inaccurate information you provided to us
We are happy to advise on any of these, but the guarantee is specifically tied to whether your documents are generating interview calls.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order before work has started (within 24 hours of payment), we will refund the full amount through the original payment method within 7 working days.
If work has already started, we cannot cancel for a refund, but we are happy to pause your project and pick it up later within 12 months at no extra charge.
