By using this website or purchasing any service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or buy the service.
What we provide
ResumeGuru offers professional resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimisation, cover letter writing, and related services. The exact deliverables for your order depend on the package you purchase, which is described on the pricing page and confirmed in your order email.
Your responsibilities
To deliver good work for you, we need accurate information about your background. You agree to:
→Provide truthful and accurate details about your work history, education, and skills
→Respond to our questions and revision requests in a reasonable time
→Not ask us to fabricate or misrepresent your experience
We will decline any project that requires us to write something untrue. This is in your interest as much as ours.
Payment
All prices are listed on the pricing page. Payment is collected upfront through Razorpay. Work begins after payment is confirmed. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery timelines
First drafts are typically delivered within 3 business days of payment and brief submission. Revisions are turned around within 1 to 2 business days. Timelines can be longer for executive packages or during peak periods, in which case we will communicate the revised schedule to you in advance.
Refunds and guarantees
Our refund and guarantee terms are described in detail on our Refund Policy page. In short: the Platinum package includes a 60-day interview guarantee, and across all tiers we offer rewrites at no charge if your documents are not landing interviews.
Intellectual property
Once final payment is made, you own the final resume, LinkedIn copy, or cover letter we wrote for you. We retain ownership of our process, frameworks, and templates. We may use anonymised versions of our work, with personal details removed, as samples or case studies.
Disclaimers
We do our best work for every client, but no resume writing service can guarantee a job offer. Hiring outcomes depend on the job market, your interview performance, and many other factors outside our control. Our guarantee covers interview calls, not job offers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chandigarh, India.
